Zed Jones

Founder, Head Coach

Mr. Jones is a New Zealand–born educator and University of Canterbury graduate with over a decade of experience across youth education, social enterprise, and international teaching. A former competitive debater himself, he achieved 1st Runner-up at the national level in Malaysia, an experience that shaped his passion for communication, critical thinking, and student leadership.

Over the past decade, Mr. Jones has coached nearly 300 students through MUN, Debate Competitions, and most notably, the World Scholar’s Cup, helping them earn almost 1,000 medals, trophies, and awards, including the prestigious 2022 Coach of the Year Trophy. His students consistently achieve high rankings.

Beyond competition success, Mr. Jones is deeply committed to empowering students to become confident communicators, analytical thinkers, and compassionate global citizens, both inside and beyond the classroom.

Michel Loubet

Head MUN Coach

Michel Loubet (Mr LJ) is a UK-raised educator with a BA in Politics from the University of Bath and a PGCEi from the University of Nottingham, bringing extensive international teaching experience across Asia. His global background informs his engaging approach to teaching social studies, politics, and global issues.

A passionate Model United Nations (MUN) coach, Michel has spent many years guiding students to success at regional and international conferences. Under his leadership, students regularly earn top awards and invitations to chair conferences, reflecting the high standards of diplomacy, leadership, and critical thinking he fosters.

In addition to coaching, Michel plays a key role in training for and hosting MUN events, creating meaningful opportunities for students to develop confidence, communication skills, and real-world diplomatic experience.

Krist

Debate and Presentation Coach

Krist is a debate tutor, performer, and educator whose teaching is shaped by a diverse range of academic and creative experiences. He competed in the World Changers’ Cup in 2023 and returned as a judge in 2024, developing a strong appreciation for logical reasoning, effective argumentation, and constructive feedback. He also graduated at the top of his High School English Speech and Debate course, excelling across all assessed categories.

With over four years of tutoring experience, Krist has supported students from early elementary to late middle school, accumulating more than 50 documented hours of instruction. His collaborative work with teachers, parents, and learners of varied backgrounds has strengthened his ability to adapt lessons to different learning styles and needs.

Beyond academics, Krist served as the male lead in his school’s musicals for four consecutive years and as an MC for numerous events, honing his confidence, public speaking, and audience engagement skills. He has also co-founded student clubs and contributed behind the scenes to organization and communication efforts.

As a debate tutor, Krist is committed to helping students build critical thinking, confidence, and communication skills, empowering them to succeed both academically and personally while discovering the art and joy of debate.

Moly

Speech and Presentation Coach

Moly is an accomplished speaker, presenter, and performance coach with a strong foundation in competitive speech, leadership, and professional artistry. She is a World Changers’ Cup Speech Champion (2022), also earning 2nd place in Speech and 1st Runner-up in Debate, and later returning as a judge in 2023 and 2024—experiences that have refined her ability to deliver and assess high-level communication.

In addition to competition success, Moly served as PR and Communications Officer for her high school Debate Club and played a key role in co-founding the organization, demonstrating leadership in outreach, collaboration, and program development. She has also worked as a master of ceremonies for major events, including the Kazz Awards 2024.

With professional experience in film, television, music, and modeling, Moly brings a deep understanding of stage presence, confidence, posture, and delivery. Through her coaching, she empowers students to refine their public speaking and presentation skills, equipping them to communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact in any setting.

Irna

Debate Coach

She is a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch, holding degrees in Psychology and Ancient History, as well as a Master’s in Behavioral Research Methodology. A certified IB and Montessori educator and curriculum developer, she brings over 15 years of experience in education, including more than a decade within Bangkok’s international school community.

An experienced World Scholar’s Cup coach, she has successfully led multiple teams to the Global Rounds in Australia, where her students returned with numerous medals, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence, critical thinking, and student confidence.

Gigi

Debate Coach

Gigi is a Valedictorian candidate with a strong record of academic excellence and leadership, and a clear aspiration to pursue a career in medicine. She is a highly accomplished debater and public speaker, with experience competing and leading at some of the most prestigious academic forums.

She was selected as one of only eight speakers to represent her cohort on stage at the World Scholar’s Cup Vietnam Global Round, and later competed at Yale University’s Tournament of Champions, demonstrating exceptional clarity, poise, and persuasive skill. Gigi has also served as a judge at the World Scholar’s Cup Seoul Global Round, gaining valuable insight into high-level debate evaluation.

A natural leader, Gigi served multiple years as President of her school’s Speech & Debate Club and as President of the Student Council, mentoring peers and fostering a culture of confidence, critical thinking, and collaboration. Recognized for her determination and ability to inspire others, she brings a thoughtful, disciplined approach to coaching students in debate, leadership, and academic excellence.

Ritesh

Debate/MUN Coach

 

Ritesh is an Ivy League scholarship student at Dartmouth College (New Hampshire), studying Policy, Economics, and Public Speaking, and an accomplished debater and Model United Nations advocate with extensive experience as both a competitor and mentor.

He has played a key leadership role in developing debate and MUN programs, including coaching and co-hosting his school’s first debate invitational, creating structured curricula for new debaters, and expanding MUN club membership through hands-on mentorship. His guidance has helped students build confidence in research, resolution writing, and public speaking.

As a competitor, Ritesh is a Best Scholar in Thailand at the World Scholar’s Cup, a Yale Tournament of Champions medalist, and an experienced judge and organizer at major academic competitions. He has also delivered a TEDx Youth talk and served as Parliamentarian for THAIMUN, supporting over 600 participants in one of the region’s largest conferences.

Through his teaching and mentorship, Ritesh is dedicated to empowering students to develop critical thinking, leadership, and a global perspective through debate and diplomacy.

Rook

MUN Coach/Global Citizenship Co-ordinator

Rook is a dedicated Model United Nations (MUN) mentor and Global Citizenship Program Coordinator, with extensive experience in public speaking, negotiation, and student leadership development. He is passionate about fostering critical thinking, collaboration, and cultural understanding, helping students grow into confident and informed global citizens.

As an MUN coach, Rook guides students through every stage of their MUN journey—from researching global issues and drafting resolutions to mastering parliamentary procedure and delivering persuasive speeches. Under his mentorship, students have achieved notable success, including earning prestigious Best Delegate awards.

Rook brings firsthand diplomatic experience to his coaching, having represented New Zealand in the UNESCO committee at NISMUNC in Malaysia. This experience strengthened his skills in negotiation, teamwork, and cross-cultural communication, which he now passes on to his students.

Beyond conferences, Rook leads camps and workshops focused on global challenges such as sustainability, education equity, and technological innovation. His ability to connect theory with real-world application, combined with his enthusiasm for mentorship, makes him a dynamic and impactful MUN coach.

Ris

Portfolio Coach

Ris is an accomplished Academic Branding Coach and student leader, recognized for helping students craft standout university portfolios. She was accepted into Chulabhorn International College of Medicine (CICM) through a highly competitive admissions process, driven by a strong portfolio that combined academic excellence, leadership, and meaningful community impact.

As President of the Student Council and founder of her high school STEM Club, Ris led sustainability initiatives and scientific research projects, demonstrating her ability to turn passion into measurable achievement. She has completed 800+ hours of community service, managing medical donation campaigns, hospital volunteering, and cancer awareness initiatives.

Ris also served as Project Manager of Team Asanee, representing Thailand at the F1 in Schools World Finals, where she secured global sponsorships and led a multidisciplinary team under high-pressure conditions. Her academic credentials are further strengthened by earning multiple medals at the World Scholar’s Cup, including at the Tournament of Champions at Yale University, and completing internships at leading medical institutions such as Ramathibodi and Siriraj Hospitals.

As a coach, Ris leverages her firsthand admissions success, leadership experience, and strategic insight to guide students in building authentic, competitive applications. She is committed to helping students confidently present their strengths, tell their stories effectively, and succeed in top-tier university admissions.
